METTE AI
A multilingual AI operator for a Costa del Sol property business — she answers every channel, qualifies every lead, and books the meeting.
Champ Smith
Operator — CYSTEMS × House of Mojo
What she is. Mette is the revenue engine inside House of Mojo, a property business on the Costa del Sol — not a chatbot on a website. She calls leads by phone in fourteen languages, answers every inbound line, writes email, runs WhatsApp and SMS, and staffs the widget. Every lead she qualifies against one standard and books into a real calendar, pulling in a human only when a human actually helps.
The channels. Outbound voice is the flagship — one agent per language, fourteen live, dialing from Spanish numbers on a reputation-managed pool. Every dial clears a fail-closed compliance gauntlet before it rings: kill switch, do-not-call, local calling hours, frequency caps. Inbound greets each caller in their own language and books on the spot. Email won't send unless Mette can prove she holds the lead's full history. Whatever door a lead comes through, they meet the same advisor on the same path.
The memory. One spine behind every conversation: an operational ledger richer than the CRM, and a vector brain of isolated datasets — per-person history, the knowledge base, tens of thousands of rental records — stripped of private data at the last layer, fail-closed by default. Every channel writes to it, so the next touch already knows what the last one learned.
What keeps her honest. No change ships on the word of the model that wrote it. Every build faces a Council of independent seats drawn from rival AI vendors, reviewing blind and ruled by a chairman: ship, fix, or block. Underneath runs one creed — assume nothing is live; prove it — and a quality shadow that grades every conversation after the fact, with an alarm watching the auditor.

Challenge
The problem
A Costa del Sol brokerage takes thousands of leads a month in a dozen languages — portal enquiries, website chats, inbound calls, a database going back years. No human team can call 1,900 leads a week in Danish, Polish, French, and German at the right local hours, remember every prior touch across five channels, and never cross a do-not-contact line. The leads that slip through aren't the margin. They're the revenue.

Solution
What we built
One multilingual operator across voice, email, WhatsApp, SMS, and the widget — every channel on the same path: nurture, qualify, book. Fourteen languages live. Every dial clears a fail-closed gauntlet before it rings; every email proves complete context before it sends; every conversation is graded after the fact. A multi-vendor Council and a creed of assume-nothing-is-live sit under all of it — so one AI runs real revenue work without a human in every step.
Result
The outcome
Every enquiry meets the same expert advisor, in its own language, on whatever channel it arrived — qualified against one standard, booked into a real calendar, a human brought in exactly when a human helps. In one audit window: roughly 1,900 outbound dials through the full gauntlet under a hard daily cap, and 22,000 records made queryable in plain language. Nothing waits. Nothing falls between the channels.
