CYSTEMS OS
A living operating Cystem for a business — the org-brain that runs in the walls.
Champ Smith
Operator & Founder, CYSTEMS
What it is. CYSTEMS OS is a living operating Cystem for a whole business — not a dashboard that reports on the work, but the surface the work runs on. At its center is the Organisation Brain: a live map of everything that makes the business go — the people, the agents, the copilots, the tools, the skills, the recurring jobs, the ventures, the clients, and the doctrine that governs them. Today that brain holds 480+ entities and 730+ connections — a true twin of a running operation, not a mock-up of one.
How it's organised. The estate resolves into eight departments — Marketing, Trading, Data & Memory, Strategy & Doctrine, Fortress, Ventures, Client Services, and Infra & Ops — each a hub with its own agents, copilots, and tools beneath it. Open the taxonomy and the whole inventory is there, by kind. Nothing hides in a folder someone forgot: if it runs the business, it's on the map.
How you run it. You don't administer CYSTEMS OS — you talk to it. The Conductor greets you by name and runs the floor: ask what happened overnight, point it at a task, let it move the departments. Around it sit the working views — a live CRM, Content and Studio, Growth Ops, Ads, a Quote Bank, plus Roadmap, Reference Model, and Compliance. Light mode reads like a clean atelier; dark mode reads like a control room at night.
Why it feels like yours. On day one you type your brand name and the OS re-skins into your operating Cystem — your name over the door, your business mapped inside. It stops being our product the moment you log in. It becomes the thing your team opens every morning.
Become a Founder.
The first 111 businesses on CYSTEMS OS come in as Founders. This is the early cohort — the Cystem is live and running today, and founding membership is a deliberately nominal figure locked for the life of your account. It will not stay this low; as the OS deepens, the price rises for everyone who comes after. Founders never move.
A Founder gets their own OS instance, skinned as their own brand. We map your business in — your people, your tools, your work — so you log in to something that already knows you. You get a direct line to Champ, and a hand on the roadmap: what Founders ask for is what gets built next.
This is the ground floor of an operating Cystem that only grows more valuable as more of it comes online. Come in while the door is this wide.
Claim a founding seat → — a short form, not a sales call. We read every one.

Challenge
The problem
A business's real operation is scattered across a dozen apps that don't talk — a CRM, an inbox, socials, a calendar, tools nobody remembers buying. The only map of how it fits together lives in the operator's head, and the moment they step away, the work stops moving. Growth only makes it worse: every new tool is another surface, and every surface adds to the one head holding it all.

Solution
What we built
One operating Cystem for the whole business. A live org-brain maps every human, agent, tool, and process — 480+ entities across eight departments that actually run, kept current by the Cystem itself. You see the whole operation as a living map, you talk to the Conductor instead of administering software, and the entire thing wears your brand as its own from the first login.

Result
The outcome
The operator runs the whole business from one surface, and the work happens whether they're watching or not. You walk in each morning to an operation that carried on overnight — leads answered, content shipped, the map already current. The only sign the intelligence is there is that it all just works.

Each project is a live Cystem — designed, built, and running.
